Duties

-          Assist new patients with full registration procedure together with Front Desk

-          Keep the patients accompanied during gap time to obtain understanding on patient’s concerns/ chief complaints and reflect to note paper

-          Proactively check on the patient on their feelings

-          Provide support in booking transportation and giving recommendation on accommodation nearby

-          Assist patients to do customer satisfaction survey and encourage patients to give feedback

-          Other tasks instructed by line manager

Requirements

ACC is a chiropractic clinic that does not perform any surgical procedures or use medicine. Please rest assured that the working environment is non-infectious.

In order to achieve our business goal, we would expect the candidates to be:

-          Customer service oriented

-          Willing to interact with patients – expatriates and locals

-          Always express enthusiasm and positive energy

-          Able to work on Saturdays and at least 4 shifts/ week

Working schedule

To be arranged within the week before

AM shift: 9:00-12:00 (3 hours)

PM shift: 14:00-17:00 (3 hours)
